It has established “Chongqing Gear Parts Precision Forming Mechanical Engineering R&D Center ”, “Chongqing University - Chuangjing Warm Forging United R&D Center”, “Chongqing Municipal Enterprise R&D Center”, and other R&D centers. The company has undertaken project “Automobile Transmission Gear Parts (Conjunction Gear, Gear Shaft, Gear Ring, Reverse Gear, Spline Gear）Cold/Warm Precision Forging Process Study and Industrialization” from National Information Technology Industry . Chuangjing owns two production plants: Shuangfu & Yongchuan, with total 93000m². Its key product, precision gear forgings, has taken NO.1 occupancy of domestic market, which include various transmission synchronizer engagement gear, gear shaft, gear ring, reverse gear, spline gear for development of new energy vehicle, braking system gear, pawl, and other important parts.

Products are sold to domestic well-known enterprises such as Shanghai GM, TAGC, GREAT WALL, CHANGAN AUTO, BYD, GEELY, and SGMW. It provides precision forging process plan for key automobile parts.

The company has passed ISO90001/TS16949 certifications that created thorough quality control system. It equipped with advanced manufacturing and testing equipment. The company engaged in hot , warm , cold , hot-warm-cold combined precision forging. Now the headquarter, ShuangFu industrial Zone, can annually produce various kinds of synchronize engaging gear forgings about 10 million pieces.
